Site Plan Drawings

Boat Docks and Shoreline modification require site plans.  We provide these 5-15 sheet documents for submittal to the City of Austin for development review.  We also provide Environmental Resource Inventory (ERI) reports required by the city and Floodplain Modification Assessments when necessary.

In design, Aqua Permits always aims to minimize the disruption of land-based vegetation in order to retain the natural character of the Lake Austin and to remain within the regulations established by the community. In addition to design and permitting we also offer feasibility studies before and after land purchases.  These include floodplain research, environmental assessments, development potential, etc. to ensure our clients have the most accurate development potential of their property.

The Aqua Permits team is experienced at permitting boat docks, bulkheads, representing clients in front of the Environmental Board and ZAPCO in requests for variances to the Land Development Code.
